Felesia Stukes is a faculty member of the Information Technology Division at Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC).  Located in Charlotte, North Carolina CPCC serves over 80,000 students each year.  Felesia teaches approximately 250 IT & Computing students per year in both online and face-to-face settings. As the former Chair of two programs, she advised over 300 students annually as well.  In 2011, Felesia was designated the College Research Faculty Fellow. This is a college-wide honor for carefully selected full-time faculty to give them release time to conduct research on ways to expand upon traditional approaches to learning.  In addition to being fulltime faculty, she demonstrates a passion for finding innovative ways to serve her community through computing. Felesia is also a Ph.D. graduate from the UNC Charlotte, College of Computing and Informatics.
